Join us in protecting a valuable oak barrens ecosystem in Pinckney Recreation Area, where 22 unique natural communities form the diverse landscape. We will be stewarding this fire-dependent, savanna-type natural community by hand-pulling invasive herbaceous plants like spotted knapweed.
