Brighton Recreation Area is home to various rare species like the cerulean warbler, dwarf hackberry and the red-legged spittlebug. Help us take care of Teahen Prairie, a significant remnant dry sand prairie that supports various state special concern plants and insects. We will be hand-pulling invasive herbaceous plants that threaten the health of Teahen Prairie.
