Submit in Person

A computer terminal is available for use by the public to view documents or search records on the database free of charge.

Filing
Documents and reports may be submitted for filing in person by appointment only. If expedited service is requested for the filing, the appropriate fee must be paid  based on the level of expedited service requested and type of document being submitted. 

Payment
Customers are requested to pay for their submission by check, money order or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover).
