Renewing a Registration

Prepaid Funeral and Cemetery Contract Seller/Provider registrations expire 3 years from date of issuance. 

A renewal reminder will be mailed to the last address on record approximately 60 days prior to the registration expiration date. The renewal should be completed online in MiCLEAR. 

Changes to Contact Information for Licensee:

Licensee must ensure the Department has the most current contact information on file. If changes need to be made to the licensee's address, phone number, or email address they must be completed online in MiCLEAR.

Relicensure:

Within 60 days after expiration date of registration, a registrant must apply for relicensure in MiCLEAR.
