Renewal Requirements

  • Registration requirements for a Vehicle Protection Product Warrantor application:
  1.  A renewal application online in MiCLEAR (See "How to Renew" on this page for detailed instructions.) 
  2. Fee of $250
  • The Vehicle Protection Product Warrantor renewal notice will be emailed and mailed prior to June 30th of each year. 
  • If the warrantor fails to renew by June 30, the warrantor will be notified and will have 30 days to renew before the warrantor is placed into inactive status and prohibited from acting as a warrantor in Michigan.
