The Continuing Care Community Disclosure Act (Act 440 of 1976) regulates the offer and sale of life estates, life leases, and long-term leases in nursing homes, retirement homes, homes for the aged and foster care facilities. This Act is repealed by 2014 PA 448, effective April 2, 2015.
Continuing Care Communities
The Continuing Care Community Disclosure Act, 2014 PA 448, provides for the regulation of Continuing Care Communities effective April 2, 2015.
