In-Person Payment Scheduling

The LARA Revenue Services Cashier's Office is open for in-person payments BY APPOINTMENT ONLY for the following types of Michigan Liquor Control Commission payments:

• Dishonored payments or NSFs for spirits purchases
• License and permit application fees
• Special License application fees
• Violation fines
• Excise taxes

Please note that annual license renewal fees must be paid online through the MLCC license renewal portal.

Payment types accepted are cash, check, cashier's check, certified check, bank money order, postal money order, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, and Discover).  Office hours for payments are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.  The Revenue Services Cashier's Office is located at 2407 N. Grand River Ave., Lansing, MI 48906.

You must use the button below to book your appointment in advance.  When booking your appointment, be sure to add as much information about the purpose of your visit to the Revenue Services Cashier's Office.  Documentation, such as an invoice or application form, WILL BE REQUIRED to make a payment in person with the Revenue Services Cashier's Office.
