MOAHR-BSD conducts Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS) hearings for the Department of Labor & Economic Opportunity (LEO). If you disagree with an MRS decision, you have the right to request a hearing, which includes the option to pursue mediation.
To request a hearing, you must send a letter to the MRS Director within 30 days of the date the decision was made. In your letter, explain the following:
