The Bureau sends MOAHR proposals to revoke the licenses of blind stand operators, also known as Business Enterprise Program operators.
MOAHR ALJs hold contested case hearings in accord with the Administrative Procedures Act, MCL 24.201 et seq. Evidence is taken from the Bureau to support the proposed licensing action. The licensee has the right to cross examine and offer evidence in opposition.
The ALJ issues a Proposal for Decision for the Director of the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs.
