Press Release: Cannabis Regulatory Agency Files Formal Complaints Against Ground Control Michigan, LLC dba GCM Waypoint

The Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) has filed a First Superseding Formal Complaint (FSFC) and a new Formal Complaint (FC) against the adult-use license of Ground Control Michigan, LLC dba GCM Waypoint (License No. AU-P-000154), located at 54341 M43 Hwy, Bangor, MI 49013.

The FSFC in Enforcement Action ENF 26-00131 supersedes the previously issued FC and includes an additional count. The CRA has also issued a new FC in Enforcement Action ENF 26-00320 alleging separate conduct.

The CRA is authorized under the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana Act (MRTMA), MCL 333.27951 et seq., to investigate alleged violations of the respective acts and the administrative rules promulgated thereunder, take disciplinary action to prevent such violations, and impose fines and other sanctions against applicants and licensees that violate the MRTMA and the corresponding administrative rules.

The CRA gives notice of its intent to impose fines and/or other sanctions against the license of Ground Control Michigan, LLC dba GCM Waypoint, which may include the suspension, revocation, restriction, and/or refusal to renew the license of Ground Control Michigan, LLC dba GCM Waypoint.
