MRS provides financial support to help customer maintain job

Jamie reached out to Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS) to get assistance with purchasing hearing aids to maintain her current employment as a personal trainer.

“Getting MRS support meant everything to me as I am now able to better provide for my family,” shared Jamie.

When she began working with MRS, Jamie shared that her focus was on being able to communicate better with her customers. Thanks to MRS, Jamie got the financial support she needed to get new hearing aids which helped her communicate successfully with her clients. Her improved performance also led to her recent promotion to location manager.

“My overall experience with MRS was great,” said Jamie. “The communication was clear, timely and simple. I didn’t feel like I was jumping through a bunch of hoops to get the help I needed.”
