PARK OWNSHIP, PARTS OF SECTION 22 AND PART SOUTH OF OTTAWA BEACH RD. - R317.170.1 - Hunting restricted; exceptions.
1. Hunting for any wild animal or wild bird with a firearm, pellet gun, air rifle, spring propelled BB gun, or bow and arrow, or the discharge of a firearm, pellet gun, air rifle, spring propelled BB gun, or bow and arrow, is prohibited in the east 1/2 of the southeast 1/4 of section 22, Park township, Ottawa county, and all of the township south of Ottawa Beach road.
However, hunting for waterfowl on Lake Macatawa is permitted lakeward from the water's edge and a resident may hunt waterfowl from the upland of the premises where he is regularly domiciled. A resident may also target practice with a firearm, pellet gun, air rifle, spring propelled BB gun, or bow and arrow on premises where he is regularly domiciled.

2. Hunting with, or the discharge of, a firearm is unlawful on the waters of Lake Macatawa on those portions of Pine Creek bay located in the north 1/2 of section 25, town 5 north, range 16 west.
