CLEAR LAKE - R281.775.5 - Hours for slow-no wake speed.
5. On the waters of Clear lake, sections 8, 17, and 20, T6S, R12W, Fabius township, St. Joseph county, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. of the following day.

CHANNEL BETWEEN BIG AND LITTLE OMENA LAKES - WC-75-97-001 - Slow-no wake speed.
In the (channel) connecting Big and Little Omena Lakes all within the south west quarter of section 24, town 7 south, range 10 west, Sherman township, St. Joseph county, state of Michigan, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.
The boundaries of the area described immediately above shall be marked with signs and with buoys. All buoys must be placed as provided in a permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources and be in conformance with the State Uniform Waterway Marking System.

KAISER LAKE - WC-75-91-001 - High-speed boating and water skiing prohibited.
High-speed boating and water skiing is prohibited on the waters of Kaiser lake, Fabius township, St. Joseph county, state of Michigan. No operator of any motorized vessel shall:
(a) Operate at a high rate of speed. A high rate of speed is that speed at or above which a motorized vessel reaches a planing condition.
(b) Have in tow, or otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis, water sled, aquaplane, surfboard, inflated tube, or other similar contrivance.

LEWIS LAKE - R281.775.2 - High-speed boating and water skiing prohibited.
2. On the waters of Lewis lake, sections 18 and 19, town 5 south, range 12 west, Flowerfield township, St. Joseph county, it is unlawful to:
(a) Operate a vessel at high speed.
(b) Have in tow, or otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis, water sled, surfboard, or other similar contrivance. (See R281.714.9 for that part of Lewis lake which lies in Cass county.)

LONG AND PLEASANT LAKES - R281.775.1 - Hours for water skiing.
1. On the waters of Long lake and Pleasant lake, Fabius township, St. Joseph county, it is unlawful, between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. of the following day, for the operator of a vessel to have in tow, or otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis, a water sled, kite, surfboard, or other similar contrivance.

PALMER LAKE - WC-75-92-001 - Slow-no wake speed.
On the waters of Palmer lake, village of Colon, St. Joseph county, north of a line described as: The east side of the mouth of the bay at a point where the center line of John Street extended south, intersects with the shoreline - then westerly to a point on the west shoreline north which is described as, a point where the north boundary line of Lot #4, 621 Maple Street meets the shoreline, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.
The boundaries of the area described immediately above shall be marked with signs and with buoys. All buoys must be placed as provided in a permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources and be in conformance with the State Uniform Waterway Marking System.

PALMER LAKE AND LONG LAKES, CONNECTING CHANNEL- WC-75-02-001 - Slow-no wake speed.
On the waters of the channel connecting Palmer Lake and Long Lake, on that portion being from 100 feet South of the Decker Road Bridge extending North to the Section line between Section 23 and Section 14, in sections 22 and 23, town 6 south, range 9 west, township of Colon, county of St. Joseph, state of Michigan, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.
The boundaries of the area described immediately above shall be marked with signs and with buoys. All buoys must be placed as provided in a permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources and be in conformance with the State Uniform Waterway Marking System.

ST. JOSEPH RIVER - R281.775.4 - Slow-no wake speed.
4. On the waters of the St. Joseph river, town 7 south, town 8 south, range 12 west, Constantine and Mottville townships, St. Joseph county, in the northeast 1/4 of section 5, town 8 south, range 12 west and north of the south line of section 28, town 7 south, range 12 west, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed at any time.

ST. JOSEPH RIVER, PORTION OF - R281.775.3 - Hours for high-speed boating and water skiing.
3. On the waters of the St. Joseph river, town 7 south, town 8 south, range 12 west, Constantine and Mottville townships, St. Joseph county, from the west line of section 6, town 8 south, range 12 west, upstream to the dam at Constantine, in section 23, town 7 south, range 12 west, it is unlawful, between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. of the following day, to:
(a) Operate a vessel at high speed.
(b) Have in tow, or otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis, water sled, kite, surfboard, or other similar contrivance.
