The shooter swung to shoot at the bird as it went right to left but didn't clear the victim prior to pulling the trigger. The victim was struck in the chest and abdomen are by the shot. (Shooter swinging on game).

One hunter stated that he was shooting at a deer that was standing between the two blinds. The bullet struck the other hunter, who had stepped outside of his blind, in the leg. (Fail to ID target and beyond).

It appears the trigger was activated in the thick brush as the subject pulled the gun, firing a round that struck the subject in the right side of the chest, causing fatal injury. (Careless handling of a firearm).
