State Licensing Consultative Section (SLCS)

The State Licensing Consultative Section (SLCS) helps to support education and provide non-punitive consultation, guidance, and recommendations to nursing homes in the state of Michigan. The goal of these consultations is to improve resident care and facility regulatory compliance through on-site, educational, and collaborative consultations. Nursing homes are encouraged to seek additional consultations, resources, and guidance as needed.
