  • License Types

    License Type: Description:
    Security Alarm Systems Sole-Proprietor Registration Someone who owns an unincorporated business. The entity is formed at the county level. Upload a Certificate of Doing Business as ("DBA") from the County Clerk in which the business is located.
    Security Alarm Systems Organization Registration The company is formed at the state level as a corporation, limited liability company, etc. Please contact the Corporations Division for more information on how to form a company in Michigan.
