Press Release: Unique Farms LLC dba Zaza Recreational to Surrender Retailer License and Permanently Close Under CRA Consent Orders

The Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) has entered into consent orders with Unique Farms LLC, dba Zaza Recreational, resolving two formal complaints involving the company’s adult-use retailer license. Under the orders, Unique Farms LLC will surrender adult-use retailer license No. AU-R-001347.

The CRA received a complaint from (Unique Farms LLC)’s employee alleging one of (Unique Farms LLC)’s owners brought two people into the retail establishment that day to purchase pounds of cannabis directly from the store vault.

The CRA placed tag number ending 3626 on administrative recall in the statewide monitoring system … the CRA Data Analytics Section noted that Respondent sold marijuana packages with tag number ending 3626 after a recall was placed for products on administrative hold.

Unique Farms LLC also agreed to cease all operations and permanently close on August 7, 2026. The license may not be renewed, reinstated, reissued, reactivated, or otherwise restored in the future. The company also must reconcile all inventory in the statewide monitoring system before surrendering the license. As part of the accompanying stipulations, Unique Farms LLC did not contest the allegations and waived its right to an administrative hearing.
