The DNR-staffed Dansville shooting range offers a safe shooting environment for you and your friends and family, with customer-friendly, highly trained employees and amenities like a handgun range.
You will notice continued improvements to our ranges. These renovations are funded by grants through the Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund, the Federal Aid in Wildlife Restoration Act, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.
The Department of Natural Resources Dansville shooting range is now closed for the winter. The range is scheduled to reopen in mid-April 2019, weather permitting.
The DNR's Dansville, Ortonville, Pontiac Lake, Rose Lake and Sharonville shooting ranges will be closed for the Easter holiday Sunday, April 21.
