The following are steps we’re taking to help protect Michigan’s natural resources and the environment, and some opportunities for you to join us in these efforts. We’re excited to implement these and other programs as we move Michigan toward a more resilient, resourceful and sustainable future.

Recycling at parks and harbors

Pack it in, pack it out, and leave those recyclable items in our bins! Recycling opportunities are available in many state parks and harbors.
