KAWKAWLIN RIVER AND SAGINAW BAY ADJACENT TO MOUTH - R281.709.1 - Slow-no wake speed.
1. On the waters of the Kawkawlin river, section 1, town 14 north, range 4 east; sections 4, 5 and 6, town 14 north, range 5 east; section 36, town 15 north, range 4 east; and section 33, town 15 north, range 5 east, townships of Bangor, Kawkawlin and Monitor, county of Bay, state of Michigan, from the highway bridge at state highway M-13 downstream and 300 feet in any direction from the mouth of the river in Saginaw bay, no operator of any motorboat shall exceed a slow-no wake speed, which means a speed whereby the wake or wash created by the motorboat would be minimal.

KAWKAWLIN RIVER ARTIFICIAL CANALS - R281.709.2 - Slow-no wake speed.
2. On the artificial canals connected to the Kawkawlin river in section 5, town 14 north, range 5 east and section 33, town 15 north, range 5east, township of Bangor, county of Bay, state of Michigan, no operator of any motorboat shall exceed a slow-no wake speed, which means a speed whereby the wake or wash created by the motorboat would be minimal.

SAGINAW RIVER, PART OF - R281.709.3 - Slow-no wake speed.
3. (1) On that portion of the waters of the Saginaw river, located from the Penn Central railroad bridge upstream to the Veterans Memorial bridge (M 25), section 21, T14N, R5E, city of Bay City, Bay county, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.
(2) On that portion of the waters of the Saginaw river, located from the Lafayette street bridge upstream to the Old Cass avenue bridge, section 32, T14N, R5E, city of Bay City, Bay county, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.
(3) This rule applies only to vessels used for recreational purposes.

SAGINAW RIVER - R281.709.4 - Slow-no wake speed.
4. On the waters of the Saginaw river located within the city limits of Essexville, Michigan Bay county, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.

SAGINAW RIVER - R281.709.5 - Slow-no wake speed.
5. On the waters of the Saginaw river located within the township of Bangor, Bay county, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.

SAGINAW RIVER,PORTION OF - R281.709.6 - Slow-no wake speed.
(1) On the portion of the Saginaw River, located from the old Cass Avenue Bridge, upstream to the southernmost tip of Middle Ground Island, Section 5, T14N, R5E, City of Bay City, and Township of Frankenlust, Bay County, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.
(2) This rule applies only to vessels used for recreational purposes.

SAGINAW RIVER - WC-09-88-001 - Slow-no wake speed.
On that portion of the Saginaw river located within Hampton township, Bay county, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.

SAGINAW RIVER - WC-09-92-001 - Slow-no wake speed.
On the waters of the Saginaw river, section 21, T14N, R5E, from a line created by the northerly right-of-way line of Hart street extended, a location presently designated by the Fletcher pier, upstream to the Veterans Memorial bridge, all within the city of Bay City, Bay county, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.
The boundaries of the area described immediately above shall be marked with signs and with buoys. All buoys, must be placed as provided in a permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources and be in conformance with the State Uniform Waterway Marking System.
