ISLAND LAKE - WC-26-08-001 - Operation of vessel powered by motor.
On the waters of Island Lake, Section 17, town 20 north, range 2 west, Sherman township, Gladwin county, state of Michigan, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to: Operate a vessel powered by motor except an electric motor.
The area described immediately above shall be marked with signs and/or buoys. Any buoys must be placed as provided in a permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources and be in conformance with the State Uniform Waterway Marking System.

LAKE LANCELOT - R281.726.1 - Slow-no wake speed zone.
1. On the waters of Lake Lancelot and the canals and channels connected thereto, sections 16, 17, and 20, T20N, R1W, Butman township, Gladwin county, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed when within 100 feet of any shore, dock, raft, buoyed or occupied bathing area, or vessel moored or at anchor, except when water skiers are being picked up or dropped off if that operation is otherwise conducted with due regard to the safety of persons and property and in accordance with the laws of this state.

LAKE LANCELOT - WC-26-95-002 - Hours for high-speed boating.
On the waters of Lake Lancelot, all within sections 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, and 29, T19N, T20N, R1W, Butman township, Gladwin county, it is unlawful between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 10.00 a.m. of the following day to:
(a) Operate a vessel at high speed.
(b) Have in tow, or otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis, a water sled, kite, surfboard, or other similar contrivance.
The hours should be 7:30 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. of the following day when Eastern Daylight Savings Time is in effect. "High-speed boating" is defined by the Marine Safety Act to mean a speed at or above which a motorboat reaches a planing condition.

WIGGINS LAKE, GROUT AND SAGE TOWNSHIPS - R281.726.2 - Hours for high-speed boating and water skiing.
2. On the waters of Wiggins lake, T18&19N, R2W, Grout and Sage townships, Gladwin county, it is unlawful between the hours of 6:30 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. of the following day, to:
(a) Operate a vessel at high speed.
(b) Have in tow, or otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis, water sled, kite, surfboard, or other similar contrivance.

WIGGINS LAKE - R281.726.3 - Slow-no wake speed zone.
3. On the waters of Wiggins lake, sections 27 and 34, T19N, R2W, Sage township, Gladwin county, from Chappel dam to a line from where the west line of lot 20, Level Landing Resort subdivision as extended intersects the water's edge, thence northerly to where the west line of lot 80, Pebble Beach subdivision as extended intersects the water's edge, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.

SMALLWOOD LAKE (TITTABAWASSEE RIVER) - WC-26-94-001 - Slow-no wake speed.
On the waters of Smallwood lake (Tittabawassee river), all within section 9, T17N, R1E, Hay township, Gladwin county, in the channel, for a distance of 500 feet, north and south of the M-61 bridge, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.
The boundaries of the area described immediately above shall be marked with signs and with buoys. All buoys must be placed as provided in a permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources and be in conformance with the State Uniform Waterway Marking System.

TITTABAWASSEE RIVER - WC-26-99-001 - Slow-no wake speed.
On the waters of the Tittabawassee River from the area of the inlet/outlet tube at Wildwood Road, section 29, to a point upstream,, ending at the NE quarter of section 20 (East Branch of the Tittabawassee), where it adjoins section 21, Bourret township, Gladwin county, state of Michigan, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.
The boundaries of the area described immediately above shall be marked with signs and with buoys. All buoys must be placed as provided in a permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources and be in conformance with the State Uniform Waterway Marking System.
