BIG WOLF AND LITTLE WOLF LAKES IN KENWOOD SHORES SUBDIVISION, PORTION OF CHANNEL CONNECTING - R281.738.8 - Speed restriction.
8. On that portion of a channel connecting Big Wolf lake and Little Wolf lake lying eastward of a line from the northwest corner of lot number 13 due north to the opposite shore, to a line drawn parallel to and lying 200 feet east of a line from the northeast corner of lot number 1 due north to the opposite shore, all located in Kenwood Shores subdivision, being a part of the southeast quarter of section 19, town 3 south, range 2 east, township of Napoleon, county of Jackson, state of Michigan, no operator of any motorboat shall exceed a slow-no wake speed.

10. On the waters of the artificial canal from Center lake to Bonnymede subdivision, section 22, town 3 south, range 1 east, Napoleon township, Jackson county, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.

CHANNELWOOD CANAL & GRAND RIVER - WC-38-98-001 - Slow-no wake speed
On the waters of the Channelwood Canal and the Grand River lying between Big Wolf and Olcott Lakes, sections 19 and 24, town 3 south, ranges 1 east and 2 east, Napoleon township, Jackson county, state of Michigan, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.
The boundaries of the area described immediately above shall be marked with signs and with buoys. All buoys must be placed as provided in a permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources and be in conformance with the State Uniform Waterway Marking System.

LAKE COLUMBIA - WC-38-98-002 - Slow-no wake speed.
On the waters of Lake Columbia in the area commonly referred to as Stump Bay east of a line beginning on the north shore where Ambler Drive would intersect the shoreline then running directly south to the nearest point of land, all within sections 26, 27, 34 and 35, town 4 south, range 1 east, Columbia township, Jackson county, state of Michigan, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.
The boundaries of the area described immediately above shall be marked with signs and with buoys. All buoys must be placed as provided in a permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources and be in conformance with the State Uniform Waterway Marking System.

On the waters of the entire channel in Royal Shores subdivision in the southwest side of Lake Columbia, commencing from a line starting at the northeast corner of lot number 45 to the southeast corner of lot number 68, thence northwesterly, thence northeasterly, thence easterly, to a line at the end of the channel, from a point which is the northeast corner of park lot number 2 to the southeast corner of park lot number 3, in Royal Shores subdivision, part of the east ½ of section 33 and part of the west ½ of the southwest ¼ of section 34, town 4 south, range 1 east, township of Columbia, county of Jackson, state of Michigan, no operator of any motorboat shall exceed a slow-no wake speed.

On the waters of that part of Lake Columbia lying south and west of a line beginning from the easterly most corner of lot number 99 extending to the northerly most corner of lot number 76 in Grand Pointe Shores subdivision, part of the northeast ¼ of section 33 and part of the southeast ¼ of section 28, town 4 south, range 1 east, township of Columbia, county of Jackson, state of Michigan, no operator of any motorboat shall exceed a slow-no wake speed.

MICHIGAN CENTER LAKE - WC-38-91-001 - Slow-no wake speed.
On the waters of Michigan Center lake, section 9, T3S, R1E, Leoni township, Jackson county, state of Michigan, it is unlawful to operate a vessel at a speed greater than slow-no wake speed within the area north and west of a line between a buoy located off the southeasterly most point of lot 39 and a buoy placed off the intersection of the south line of lot 54 and the water's edge.

MOON LAKE, CONNECTING CHANNEL - WC-38-03-001 - Slow-no wake speed.
On the waters of the Moon Lake connecting channel, being that portion commencing at Moon Lake and extending north to where the northern property line of Lot 6 in the Peninsula Pines Subdivision intersects the water's edge, located within Section 22, town 3 south, range 1 east, township of Napoleon, county of Jackson, state of Michigan, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.
The boundaries of the area described immediately above shall be marked with signs and with buoys. All buoys must be placed as provided in a permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources and be in conformance with the State Uniform Waterway Marking System.

RAINBOW LAKE, FOX LAKE, CONNECTING CHANNELS, PINE HILL LAKE CONNECTING CHANNELS - WC-38-92-001 - Slow-no wake speed.
On the waters of Rainbow lake, Rainbow channel, Fox lake, Merlel channel, Fox channel, and the Pine Hill lake channel connecting Pine Hill lake with Farwell lake, and that portion of the Kalamazoo river channel within sections 25 and 36, Hanover township, Jackson county, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.
The boundaries of the area described immediately above shall be marked with signs and with buoys. All buoys must be placed as provided in a permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources and be in conformance with the State Uniform Waterway Marking System.

ROUND LAKE - R281.738.2 - High-speed boating and water skiing prohibited.
2. On the waters of Round lake, Norvell township, county of Jackson, state of Michigan, no operator of any motorboat shall:
(a) Operate such vessel at high-speed.
(b) Have in tow, or otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis, water sled, surfboard or other similar contrivance.
For the purpose of this regulation, high-speed shall mean a speed at or above which a motorboat reaches a planing condition.

On the waters of the channel connecting Round lake and Michigan Center lake, and all channels connected to this waterway, section 16, T3S, R1E, Leoni township, Jackson county, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.

SWAINS LAKE - R281.738.1 - Hours for high-speed boating and water skiing.
1. On the waters of Swains lake, Pulaski township, Jackson county, state of Michigan, no operator of any motorboat shall, during the period from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. of the following day:
(a) Operate such motorboat at high speed.
(b) Have in tow, or shall otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis, water sled, surfboard, or other similar contrivance.

VINEYARD LAKE CHANNEL - WC-38-91-002 - Slow-no wake speed.
On the waters of Vineyard Lake channel, section 28, T4S, R2E, Norvell township, Jackson county, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.

VINEYARD LAKE - WC-38-11-001 - Slow-no wake speed.
On the waters of Vineyard Lake, beginning at the mouth of the channel located in section 28, town 4 south, range 2 east and extending east and south to section 33, town 4 south, range 2 east, including all channels contiguous to the Hillanlake Park plat one, and the Hillanlake Village mobile home park in Norvell township, county of Jackson, state of Michigan, it is unlawful for the operator of a vessel to exceed a slow-no wake speed.
Slow-no wake speed means a very slow speed whereby the wake of wash created by the motorboat would be minimal.
The boundaries of the area described immediately above shall be marked with signs and/or buoys must be placed as provided in a permit issued by the Department of Natural Resources and be in conformance with the State Uniform Waterway Marking System.

WHITE LAKE - R281.738.9 - Hours for high-speed boating and water skiing.
9. On the waters of White lake, section 29, town 1 south, range 1 east, township of Henrietta, county of Jackson, state of Michigan, no operator of any motorboat, during the period from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. of the following day, shall:
(a) Operate such motorboat at high-speed, which means a speed at or above which a motorboat reaches a planing condition.
(b) Have in tow, or otherwise assist in the propulsion of, a person on water skis, water sled, surfboard, or other similar contrivance.
