The Licensing Section is responsible for reviewing applications and assuring compliance with applicable statutes, of persons who are seeking licensure for Boiler, Electrical, Elevator, Mechanical, Plumbing and Inspector/Plan Reviewer and renewal of these registrations and licenses. The section is also responsible for licensure of and annual inspections of mobile home communities.

Many forms have been designed to complete online by tabbing to each field and typing in the required information. Print, sign, and mail the completed form with a check or money order made payable to the State of Michigan for appropriate amount. Forms cannot be submitted electronically.
