Muskegon FARM Accelerator

The Muskegon FARM Accelerator received a Food Hub grant from the Farm to Family Program in 2025. They have expanded their food processing infrastructure to distribute local food through a network of partners, including other food hubs and local school districts.

YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids

The YMCA of Greater Grand Rapids received a Farm Stop grant for their Veggie Van Program from the Farm to Family Program in 2025. This grant allowed them to expand the number of sites that they serve throughout Grand Rapids, where they accept all types of food assistance benefits, in additional to conventional forms of payment, for local food products.

Coveyou Scenic Farm

Coveyou Scenic Farm received a Farm Stop grant from the Farm to Family Program in 2025. They have expanded their cold storage capacity to meet growing supply from over 120 Michigan food producer partners.

Grow Jackson

Grow Jackson received a Food Hub grant from the Farm to Family Program in 2025. They are establishing a new food hub in Jackson with the ultimate goal of improving market opportunities for farmers in South Central Michigan and addressing food insecurity in the local community.
Farm to Family Spotlight: Anavery Farms.

Anavery Fine Foods

Anavery Fine Foods received a Food Hub grant from the Farm to Family Program in 2025. On their own farm, they use regenerative practices to produce beef, lamb, pork, and eggs. They also partner with twelve other producers in the Traverse City area to offer poultry, dairy, fish, shelf-stable vegetables, and other products to their customers.

Community Action House

Community Action House received a Food Hub grant from the Farm to Family Program in 2025. They are committed to purchasing nutritious produce from local farms for their food club to make healthy eating more affordable for households in Ottawa County.

Lakeshore Food Hub received a Food Hub grant from the Farm to Family Program in 2025

Lakeshore Food Hub

Lakeshore Food Hub received a Food Hub grant from the Farm to Family Program in 2025. They are collaborating with other food hubs and expanding their equipment to strengthen transportation networks for local products and address food insecurity in Mason, Lake, and Oceana Counties.
