Enjoy a morning of birding with the DNR and Audubon Great Lakes! Hike our 1-mile loop trail, which includes 0.6 miles of unpaved trails along a historic dike system in Portage Marsh and a 0.4-mile beach walk along Lake Michigan. Professional birding instruction and technical assistance will be available. We will have binoculars for loan and spotting scope stations on our viewing platforms. Portable restrooms, picnic tables, and trash receptacles will also be available. To ensure you have the best possible experience, wear appropriate clothing and shoes, and dress for the weather. All ages welcome!
From M-35, head east on Portage Point 11.4 Ln. until you reach the parking lot.
