Michigan Liquor Control Commission to hold Semi-Annual Public Hearing September 21, at 11:30 am in Lansing

The Michigan Liquor Control Commission (MLCC) will hold a semi-annual Public Hearing on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at
11:30 a.m. at the Lansing Office of the Commission, located at 525 W. Allegan Street, Lansing, MI 48933. The public can attend the hearing via a teleconference call or in person.
Members of the Commission will conduct the hearing in accordance with Section 215(2) of the Michigan Liquor Control Code, MCL 436.1215(2), which requires that two such hearings be held each year.
The purpose of these hearings is to be made aware of any complaints and the views of the public with respect to the administration of the MLCC Code and Rules. All government and enforcement officials, licensees – and any other individuals interested in the operation of the MLCC – are welcome to attend.
Members of the public who plan to attend and participate in the hearing via the teleconference call may do so by dialing the number below at the time of the meeting.

If attending in person, the meeting site and parking are accessible. Individuals attending the meeting are requested to refrain from using heavily scented personal care products in order to enhance accessibility for everyone.
