MCTI conducts Vocational and Technical Training Programs and provides the supportive services needed to prepare Michigan citizens with disabilities for competitive employment.
The following fee schedule will be effective Fall Term (July) 2026. MCTI operates on a four (4) term calendar from July through June. Each term, the charges for tuition, room and board fees will be as follows:

Career Assessment is part of the Career Readiness Center, and these charges will apply unless the student attends for only five weeks, in which case the cost will be half of the total charge.

The following documents provide information about possible financial aid that may be available to students.
Important Note: It is mandatory that all students with a high school diploma or a GED complete the Free Application for Student Aid (FAFSA) prior to enrollment into a trade, even if Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS) is sponsoring you. If you received a Certificate of Completion (COC) or no degree/certificate from high school, you do not need to complete the FAFSA.
