Welcome to the MDOT Transportation Career Pathways Program!

Embark on a journey that aligns with your passion for transportation and sets the stage for your future success within MDOT. The MDOT Transportation Career Pathways Program (TCPP) is committed to helping you build a fulfilling and rewarding career in the transportation industry, even if you're not entirely sure where to start.

Participants must be 18 years old prior to the start of the program, possess a valid driver's license, and will work 40 hours a week from May to September. Late entry participants may join later in the season, but most finish by September. Participants can expect to earn up to $17.50 an hour.
