Public open house and online survey for M-13, M-81 corridor study in Saginaw County
MDOT is inviting the public to provide their feedback on transportation needs for a corridor improvement study along M-13 (Washington Avenue) and M-81 in the city of Saginaw and Buena Vista Township. MDOT is offering an in-person open house where attendees can view information displays, ask questions and provide feedback on the corridor. An online survey and interactive mapping tool are also available for the public to provide feedback virtually.
Accessibility:
Attendees who require mobility, visual, hearing, written, or other assistance for effective participation should contact Orlando Curry at 517-241-7462 or CurryO@Michigan.gov, preferably at least five business days prior to the scheduled meeting. Forms are located on the Title VI webpage. Requests made after this timeframe will be evaluated and honored to the extent possible.

MDOT is implementing a corridor study for M-13/M-81 (Washington Avenue) in the city of Saginaw and Buena Vista Township to analyze existing conditions and explore alternative roadway configurations to improve safety and function for all modes of transportation.
The project extends from I-75 in Buena Vista Township south to Hess Avenue in the city of Saginaw. The project will also include M-81 from M-13 in the city of Saginaw east to Outer Drive in Buena Vista Township.
