Pennsylvania Avenue improvements at I-496 in Lansing begin Monday

LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is investing $400,000 to perform repaving, traffic signal upgrades, and curb and ramp improvements on Pennsylvania Avenue at the westbound I-496 ramp in Lansing.
