M-199, M-227 closures for resurfacing Friday and Saturday in Calhoun County

MARSHALL, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will invest $315,000 to resurface sections of M-199 and M-227 in Calhoun County. Crews will be chip sealing M-199 from I-94 to 27 Mile Road in Sheridan Township near Albion, and M-227 (F Drive South) from 17 Mile Road to 15 1/2 Mile Road in Fredonia Township near Marshall.
Additional closures will be needed in the future for a final fog seal and lane markings.
