Detour next week for paint cleanup in downtown Alpena

ALPENA, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will sandblast spilled paint from the pavement at the M-32/US-23 intersection (2nd Avenue/Chisholm Street) in Alpena next week, requiring a detour while the work is done.
