BAY CITY, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will close northbound M-13 (Washington Avenue) at I-675 in the city of Saginaw to complete repairs on the I-675 overpass starting Monday, Oct. 23. Repairs are anticipated to be completed by Friday, Oct. 27.
