SAGINAW, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will close a portion of M-46 and M-58 in Saginaw for utility permit repair work. M-46 will be closed March 25-29 from Wheeler Street to Malzahn Street while M-58 will be closed April 1-12 from Bay Street to Michigan Avenue.
