Procurement Guidelines

MDOT's Office of Passenger Transportation (OPT) has developed procurement guidance and forms to help transit agencies complete procurements that are consistent with federal and state guidelines.

The MDOT Review of Procurements document provides guidance on what forms to complete and when, and this is where you should begin when starting the procurement process. The forms provide the necessary documents you need for your procurements and the guidelines provide additional information on the different procurement methods.
