Meeting notes:
- Paul McDonald provided high level MDOT updates and most were discussed in detail during CDM Smith’s presentation
- CDM Smith updates
- Project schedule and where we are at with each steps
- Public opinion research questions that will be explored. Interviews will be about 90 minutes each. Timing, approach and goal. Noted the chosen proposed organizations. Discussed what is missing and could be added such as younger generation and universities.
- Project website has been refreshed and updated with the most relevant information, a frequently asked questions, and reorganized TAC list. Some upcoming additions will include pilot interest form, estimator, video on what to expect, more detailed information on participation and project contact information.
- Legislative engagement would include a fact sheet to help with legislative staff questions, clarify the purpose and more.
- Revenue modeling update date request fulfillment is underway. The tool design workshop has been completed along with the long-range revenue model team.
- Project planning workshop is completed.
- Privacy policy is in MDOT review. MiSAP data classification has been approved, moving to step two, compiling system document and begin plans for system scan. Working on the participant agreement and privacy policy.
- Recruitment and incentive plan, document is in draft and will be submitted for MDOT review this week. Incentive money will be paid in increments of $25 with completion of each step, paid out at the end of the pilot up to $100.
