Joseph R. Malloure
Malloure was one of the first business leaders to recognize the importance of partnering with the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) and helped formalize the process of project stakeholders convening prior to construction to discuss goals and strategies. Widely recognized for his leadership, he currently chairs C.A. Hull's board of directors. Under his direction, C.A. Hull has been part of many of the state's largest and most complex projects. Malloure served on the board of directors of the Michigan Road Builders Association (MRBA) for eight years and was elected to a one-year term as MRBA president in 1993. He was instrumental in the merger of MRBA and the Associated Underground Contractors (AUC) into the Michigan Infrastructure and Transportation Association (MITA), and served on MITA's board of directors for six years. With his commitment to integrity, quality, innovation, teamwork, and value engineering, Malloure has influenced not only the contractor community, but also MDOT and county road commissions, cities and villages across the state.
