- Attention prime contractors notice
- Insurance requirements
- Cover letter
- Contract cover page
- Signature page
- Bonds
- Warranty bonds and/or pass-thru warranty contracts and bonds (if applicable)
- Contract unit prices
- Federal requirements (if applicable)

The prime contractor is responsible for submitting the required contract documents to their subcontractors.
