Construction Contract Package

MDOT Contract documents are sent to the confirmed low bidder via ProjectWise. The contract document package includes an Attention Prime Contractors notice, Insurance Requirements, Cover Letter, Contract Cover Page, Signature Page, Bonds, Warranty Bonds and/or Pass Thru Warranty Contracts and Bonds (if applicable), Contract Unit Prices, and Federal Requirements (if applicable).

The prime contractor is responsible for submitting the required contract documents to their subcontractors.
