MDOT and Caledonia Township are hosting a public open house to discuss a proposed sidewalk improvement project along M-21 between Gould Street and State Road in Caledonia Township, Shiawassee County. Attendees will be able to view project information and project staff will be on hand to answer questions.

Attendees who require mobility, visual, hearing, written, or other assistance for effective participation should contact Orlando Curry at 517-241-7462 or CurryO@Michigan.gov, preferably at least five business days prior to the scheduled meeting. Forms are located on the Title VI webpage. Requests made after this timeframe will be evaluated and honored to the extent possible.

Project information:
Proposed work includes installing a 5-foot-wide sidewalk on both sides of M-21 in Caledonia Township. This project is currently in the design phase with expected construction in summer 2026.
