13 Mile Road closing at M-3 (Gratiot Avenue) June 1-14 for rebuilding in Macomb County
May 27, 2022
ROSEVILLE, Mich. - 13 Mile Road will be closed at M-3 (Gratiot Avenue) beginning 7 a.m., Wednesday, June 1, through Tuesday, June 14, weather permitting, while crews rebuild the intersection. M-3 (Gratiot Avenue) traffic will not be able to turn onto 13 Mile Road.
The following detours will be in place:
- Eastbound 13 Mile Road traffic will go north on M-97 (Groesbeck Highway) to eastbound Masonic Street, then southbound Little Mack Avenue to 13 Mile Road.
- Westbound 13 Mile Road traffic will go north on Little Mack Avenue to westbound Masonic Street, then southbound M-97 (Groesbeck Highway) to 13 Mile Road.
Based on economic modeling, this investment is expected to directly and indirectly support 826 jobs.
This work is part of the second year of the two-year M-3 (Gratiot Avenue) project to rebuild 3 miles of M-3 (Gratiot Avenue) between 11 Mile and 14 Mile roads in the city of Roseville. The project is expected to be completed by late fall. For more information, go to MovingMacomb.org.
