MDOT online survey, two public meetings to discuss rebuilding options for US-131 in Grand Rapids

- MDOT has scheduled two public meetings for next week, as well as launched an online survey, to help review possible options for rebuilding US-131 in Grand Rapids and Wyoming.
- This is part of a Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) study that supports development of future major transportation projects.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) and the City of Grand Rapids are hosting two public meetings on Nov. 8 and 9 to discuss the ongoing Planning and Environmental Linkages (PEL) study for the US-131 freeway between M-11 (28th Street) and Wealthy Street. The public is invited to stop by anytime during the meetings to learn more about the study and provide comments. An online survey is also available for public feedback through the end of the year.
