Westbound I-94 concrete barrier work in Jackson County extended through the weekend

LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will extend lane closures on westbound I-94 from M-99 to M-60 in Jackson County for concrete barrier work through Saturday.

Funding for this $162 million project is made possible by Gov. Gretchen Whitmer's Rebuilding Michigan program to rebuild the state highways and bridges that are critical to the state's economy and carry the most traffic. The investment strategy is aimed at fixes that result in longer useful lives and improves the condition of the state's infrastructure.
