CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. - Beginning 9 a.m. Monday, Dec. 4, two lanes of eastbound M-59 (Hall Road) will be closed from Romeo Plank Road to Card Road in Clinton Township, Macomb County. Crews will be replacing a deteriorated culvert pipe to ensure the integrity of the roadway.
Crews will initially work in the two right lanes and cut a 12-foot trench across the lanes and remove and replace the culvert pipe, then move toward the two left lanes. This work is expected to go into the early part of January, depending on weather conditions.
Access will be maintained to all businesses.
