I-94 Battle Creek Rest Area closed for rebuilding starting Sept. 3

MARSHALL, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will be closing the Battle Creek Rest Area on eastbound I-94 near Capital Avenue Exit 98 to rebuild the facility. The $4.9 million investment includes repaving the parking lot and ramps, as well as drainage, sanitary sewer, water main, lighting, landscaping, and pavement markings.
