ONTONAGON, Mich. - Contractors for the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will be replacing two culverts on US-45 near Dutch Road in Ontonagon County, requiring closing and detouring US-45 beginning Sept. 23. The project is expected to be completed by Oct. 3.
US-45 will be closed from Dutch Road to 500 feet southeast of Dutch Road. Traffic will be detoured via M-26 and M-38.
This project will help ensure continued safe and reliable operation of the roadway.
