This project will require closing westbound I-69 BL (Oakland Avenue) from Cedar Street to Walnut Street throughout the operation. Traffic will be detoured via southbound Cedar Street, westbound St. Joseph Street and northbound Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard back to westbound I-69 BL (Oakland Avenue). Motorists should expect delays.
