SAGINAW, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is inviting the public to attend an open house to learn more about a corridor improvement study along M-13 (Washington Avenue) and M-81 in the city of Saginaw and Buena Vista Township. MDOT is offering an in-person open house where attendees can view informational displays, ask questions and provide feedback on safety ideas and concerns.
