Michigan Avenue conversion begins June 22 in Marshall

MARSHALL, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) and contractor Pavement Maintenance Systems will resurface I-94 Business Loop (BL) (Michigan Avenue) from Sycamore Street to Liberty Street.
The $630,000 investment includes converting the current four-lane roadway to three lanes and upgrading concrete sidewalk ramps.
