I-94 bridge, ramp work in Jackson begin July 7

LANSING, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will begin bridge repairs and epoxy overlay on I-94 between Elm Street and Airport Road and westbound I-94 Exit 139 to M-106 (Cooper Street) on Tuesday, July 7, in Jackson.

Traffic restrictions:
Eastbound I-94 will have two lanes closed from Airport Road to North Elm Avenue along with intermittent shoulder closures from 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 7, until 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7.
The M-106 (Cooper Street) on ramp to I-94 will be closed from 7 a.m. July 7 until 6 p.m. Friday, July 17. Motorists should expect delays.
