US-41 bridge repairs in Houghton County start Aug. 3

CHASSELL, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is investing about $536,000 to repair the US-41 bridge over the Sturgeon River in Houghton County. Work includes expansion joint replacement, deck, substructure and railing patching and crack sealing.
